The last research in neuroscience prove that children can learn effectively only if they are in a secure situation. The last french Pisa results show the lack of self-confidence of the french students and their fear of failure. We want to built a benevolent school, permitting childrens'self confidence but also demanding towards the learnings.
We are three colleagues in the school and we have coordinated an Erasmus project from 2015 to 2017. This experience motivated us to create a new one centered on the pedagogical experiences that occur in Estonia, Sweden, England, Greece and Italy during two years. We will create with our partners a data base which will allow us to highlight the methodes which develop the insurance and the desire to learn for the chidren through videos, pictures...
6 partners, 6 kindergarden or nursery school from each country. Our partners show the cultural diversity in Europe but also a common goal : the child's well-being and he's achievement in school. They are all engaged in a benevolnet and demanding pedagogy, so come and share with us this project.
